Craft your own medicine drum

19-21 June 2026: Winter solstice

Tombarra, Mondarlowe, NSW

"My drum is so beautiful and really sings to me of my ancestry. I walked out of the workshop and back into my life with a full cup"🙏 – Monica, Canberra

Crafting a medicine drum, also called a frame drum or shamanic drum, is a beautiful, personal journey.

As you create your drum, you have the opportunity to weave in a story or event in your life that you wish to heal from or wish to embrace. It can be a deep, cathartic process, but can also be a lot of fun!

Playing the drum is a great experience as the energy of its vibrations can create healing or it can be used for a meditative drum journey.  Or just play it anytime for a great sound!
